The SNS sintered metal sliding layer from Strack Norma GmbH & Co. KG makes it possible to use the elements efficiently in tool and mould making. SNS guide elements, such as strips and bushings, are more resistant, reduce maintenance costs and increase productivity.
The SNS-coated elements can also be driven at twice the surface pressure and at an almost 5-fold higher sliding speed (with sufficient lubrication).
