Hales Tool & Die was established in January 2000 and has built a solid reputation as a leading tooling component and hot runner partner offering exceptional support. Our highly experienced technicians come with more than a century of knowledge between them from the plastics and tooling industries.

We represent a number of well known global brands including Mastip, Strack and Vega as well as offering our own custom solutions and bespoke manufacturing ability. We've created our online store so that we can update you in real time about some of the 100,000+ standard products we have available. As well as these, everything is also available in custom dimensions to suit your needs.

In 2024 we started to work with the Japanese manufacturer Matsui for material handling solutions and Contura from Germany for conformal cooling. These strategic alliances have put us in front of the competition as no other company has the knowledge of tooling, hot runners, thermal balance and material handling like Hales UK.

We are committed to a high level of service and supply to all manufacturing but with an emphasis on Plastics. Not only do we offer technical support and innovative solutions but we are committed with our stock holding of over 26,000 standard inventory lines from reputable manufacturers.

All of the products we sell are of the highest quality and are sourced from suppliers whom we have been dealing with for a number of years.
