GCCP Water Diverting Plugs are used to divert and/or seal cooling circuits in moulds.

Made from brass with a Nickel plated posi-drive screw, these plug eliminate the need to drill and tap holes.

When installing, please make sure the hole is at least 0.1mm bigger than the cooling circuit plugs.

Maximum operating temperature 135c, special high temp version available on request.

Pressure capacity:

8mm cooling circuit plugs for over 16kg/cm2
10mm cooling circuit plugs for over 17kg/cm2
12mm cooling circuit plugs for over 19kg/cm2
