Z6041 Safety Hook

The hooks should be turned to the inoperative position  before opening the injection mould in the injection moulding machine.

Installation and safety instructionsFor the selected safety hook the General Accident
Prevention Regulations apply.

Lifting accessories must be examined by a qualified person after one year at
the latest. The used safety hooks and fastenings have to be checked for wear and elongation.

A check of function- and suitability for use must be made before every operation, e.g. corrosion, wear, cracks, deformations, tight fit of screws etc. When mounting the safety hook the following has to be considered:

Tighten the cylinder head screw, respectively the shoulder fit bolt flushly to the bearing surface.
